    Went here for lunch yesterday with some friends and when we saw that the restaurant was packed we knew it was good. Despite the crowds they got us seated really quick, and the food was constantly delicious as it came around. The barbecue pork is amazing, as are the coriander and prawn dumplings.

      Don't be fooled by the fact that yum cha is Sun World's stock and trade and expect to wing a table here on short notice. You'll be waiting for a long time because that's how popular this Newmarket-based yum cha establishment is. And you don't want to be waiting because I guarantee that as soon as your senses are assaulted by the gorgeous smell of traditional spices, all you'll want to do is sink your teeth into one of their dreamy dim sums. They are so good in fact that after a visit to Sun World, I dream of dim sum for weeks after. Did someone say dim sum for lunch? Count me in!

        This is one of my favourite yum cha restaurants. They have a pretty wide selection and the food is pretty tasty. Not to mention the yummy desserts.

          if we want yum cha we only ever bother going to Sun World for their unbeatable dim sum. Make sure you turn up early or book though or you’ll be left waiting for a table!

                In the heart of New Market on the corner of York street and Khyber Pass is the bustling Sun World Chinese Restaurant. You can smells the delicious aromas as you drive nearer. It's busy yet not too noisy. An extensive Cantonese menu and trollies constantly passing by your table freshly laden with all types of dishes. Try the crispy duck with pancakes is spectacular. Parking is ample and situated next door.

                  Spring rolls with spicy avocado wasabi dip is scorchingly delicious!

                    Put this place in the top of your regular dumpling and dim sum joint. A panoply of colours and taste sensations. A huge selection of treats passing by in the trolleys and more from the menu. The duck and pancake is like nothing else. Phenomenal.
