If you are looking for sushi in Masterton Sushi Planet is the one and only stop, it doesn't disappoint either. The food is always freshly prepared and served buffet style so you can choose exactly what you like! Whether you are a salmon and avocado lover or something more adventurous there's always lots of tasty things to choose from!

    So this is only open during the day, but you can pick up a pack of tasty sushi for a healthy dinner later. They have the traditional seaweed rolled sushi with prawn, salmon, seaweed or chicken teriyaki plus California rolls, prawn and salmon on rice, rice balls and miso soup. For an easy, healthy meal, Sushi Planet is a great choice.

      I've got a summer road trip to Wellington in the diary and had a natter to a Wairarapa local in the know about a good spot to stop for a bite to eat on the way down. My husband and I are both big sushi fans so she's recommended I try Sushi Planet in Masterton. The only sushi joint in town, it's well known for its large variety. I can't wait to stop in.

        The only sushi place in Masterton, Sushi Planet does fantastic, tasty sushi. It's 'buffet style' so you can make up a six pack of different types like prawn, salmon, seaweed or chicken teriyaki. Grab a cup of miso for a true Japanese lunch.
