The cured salmon salad is devine .. Always served by friendly, wonderful people. The music makes you want to stay forever.

    fantastic ribs - delicious

      Blue Breeze does the most amazing pork buns in the world... they are an absolute must if your in Auckland. Team them up with incredible ribs and dumplings mmmm

        Finally got to eat here after a long period of eyeballing on a Friday night. We tried the Cha Siu Bao, the chilli nuts and the pickled cucumber (we weren't super hungry) and a couple drinks. The pork bun had a whole slab of pork belly in it which was super delicious and the sides were great, too. I enjoyed sitting at the bar and watching the adorable bartenders make cocktails - such a nice view ;) For non drinkers I recommend the coconut water (served in a coconut) and the house made ginger beer.

          Dumplings, ribs, pork buns, braised beef shin. These are just a few of my favourite dishes on the Blue Breeze menu. All are succulent and flavoursome, and this place is the best asian fusion restaurant in the country, and maybe in Australasia. The excellent food is enhanced by charming decor and knowledgeable, fun wait staff. A definite must visit when in Ponsonby

            Some stunningly good spicy seafood dishes, posh steamed buns and dumplings. My tip is to visit for lunch instead of dinner, when they're less busy.

              The dumplings are a little on the expensive side but the mushroom wontons are a taste sensation. Large mushroom and ginger stuffed parcels that are steamed to perfection and come in a light but tasty broth. You will want to order a whole bowl to yourself.

                Takes me back home to the place everyone wore flowered shirts and drank out of coconuts! Nom nom Asian Fusion with a rum twist…nuff said.

                  The atmosphere here is upbeat and noisy. The street style tiki shack theming is quirky and fun. The food is something to stare at the wow factor before you tuck into it. Tasty cocktails.

                    Cool modern Chinese 'street' food. Wash it down with something fancy. Something made with freshly squeezed sugar cane. Sit up at the food counter or in at the table and watch Ponsonby buzz by.
