Really good coffee and quick service. The food looked great but all I bought was a pie. I think it was around the $6-8 dollar mark and it was okay. I probably wouldn't get it again since they've got a great choice of other stuff. I'll be back

Went to the Fridge with a large group for Sunday brunch (15 people) and they were one of the only cafes in Auckland willing to let us make a booking at that time of day. We had a lovely big table where we didn't distrub other patrons, and all had a great time. The staff were prompt in taking drinks orders and the food was delivered in a small window of time so we were all more or less eating together which was impressive! Great coffee and food too :)

Super :)

I've been eating the pies at Fridge for five years now and they are just THE most awesome pies EVER with the veggie option being my ultimate fav. LOVE. Now that I'm living on the North shore doesn't mean I won't travel over the bridge to get to them because I still do!

Awesome :)

The Fridge is a Kingsland institution that never lets you down (unlike the parking in this suburb!). The cabinet food is always enticing and the range of wraps, salads and pies are fantastic. Only thing is that the Fridge has probably priced itself too high compared to the likes of Ripe which is only 5 minutes drive away with the same food style, same clientele, but a dollar or two less.

Lovely :)

I gave these guys a try once and just loved it. Quite a good atmosphere and the staff are very friendly and one of them had a quick chat to me about how my day went. Just loved it.

Neat :)

Staff are always friendly, with a smile on their face, ready to help. The pies are the best from the range of foods, not that the other foods are not great, just the pies are too good

So I was casually eating my rice cake, not enjoying it and wishing I had bought a pie for $1 more. A staff member wanders over...'I can see you are not enjoying your rice cake, can I make a complaint for you and get you something else?' 'Um, yes!' Woah. Best pie and best service, ever! :-)

We all know it is known for its pies, but i`ll say it again! I love their pies. coffee is great, wraps and lamingtons are fantastic but the tour d force are their pies! Top marks, I personally love the morroccan lamb :)

Yum :)

a lovely place to meet up with a friend. Relaxed atmosphere, friendly staff. I wasn't overwhelmed by the choices of food, and would have got just a standard roast vege and feta panini or something similar (but they didn't, and I couldn't quite handle paying that much for a pie) so I went for something sweet and tried a few things included the ginger and pear cake/ dessert. Very good! Highly recommended. Will be going back.
