This place has character and a changing daily menu of seasonal foods.

    Awesome lamb burger.. Omg

      The General Practitioner has a lot of history, some of which hangs from the walls - some rather terrifying old school implements that makes me glad for the invention of morphine. Great both for a snuggly pint in winter and a Friday drink in the sun in summer. Great menu too, an unexpected surprise from a pub.

        Friendly, cosy, yet interesting environment, great outlook, food, drinks and service.

          I have posted here before about the locale. What I have noticed over the last few months is what a great job they have done with their staff. Awesome friendly people… Always willing to help. Not too high and mighty… Which I really like.

                  I have had dinner here on several occasions  and the ravioli crayfish bisque is heaven. I have never had such a wonderful dish so beautifully presented. The staff are attentive (even though they are very busy - this is a very popular place) and now I can see why!

                    Got a salmon steak for dinner here- was amazing. Awesome service and the building itself is filled with awesome pictures on the wall and general awesome interiors. What a cool place, would love to go back for a beer!
