Beautiful Eggs Benedict, the hollandaise sauce is near perfect! Also the ciabatta bread is great too, so good I keep meaning to ask where they source their bread. I’ll remember next time! Triple 1 Five’s Eggs Benedict comes pretty close to Fat Dog’s, and at a few dollars cheaper, you wouldn’t be put wrong to opt for this as your first breakkie choice.
