If you’re looking for delicate morsels of deliciousness go no further than Vaniye’s salted caramel macaroons. The perfect Parnell cafe to treat yourself for afternoon tea.

    Delicate and yummy dessert but pricy. Hard to find parking during a weekday.

      The perfect spot for a little fix of luxury! The Parisian-style patisserie serves up Kokako coffee and beautiful teas aside decadent and delicate desserts that look like works of art. My favourite was the chou-chou a beautifully presented profiterole and toffee caramel concoction - but it’s hard to choose just one!

        I always go to this cafe!!! It tastes amazing, and has great coffees!

            The description about this patisserie has the key word within it, "passion".  Everything that is created at Vaniye is made with passion and love, and it shows in the end result.  For me, there is no other place like Vaniye.  Not just the food, the front of house, the owners, the staff, everyone pours everything into what they do and you get to enjoy the fruits of their labour.  My absolute favourite moment would be nothing more than sitting down and getting lost in a dark chocolate tart with a flat white and just enjoying the moment.  Because that's what it is, a moment.  It's not, "just a tart" or "just a coffee", to have a product from Vaniye is to have an experience, a reaction.  This review may sound overly ambitious but I quite frankly can't write anything less, as all my (dozens, and dozens!) of experiences with Vaniye have been so beyond expectations that saying anything less woud minimise their passion for their food.

              First impressions last and with Vaniye had the best customer service I've ever received. I met staff members that made me feel welcomed and comfortable. They made my wedding cake & macrons this year and within 10mins (NO LIES) my favorite biscuits were gone! That says a lot for my family because they are very picky with taste and quality. I have to be honest Vaniye's passion in service and catering to your personal likes, I HAVE NOT FOUND IT ANY WHERE ELSE. I'm so grateful that they were all about what my husband and I wanted and if I could give them any rating it would be the highest above all because not only is their service great, the food is even more delightful & they are also reasonable in price. I could go on forever, but this humble business is truly one I believe will sky rock and should be noticed.

                Every time I'm going to Vaniye, wheither it's to buy on the counter french delicacies for a special occasion or share a great coffee and tea with gorgeous patisseries (and a friend), it's a fantastic experience. The place and atmosphere are AMAZING, the staff BRILLIANT and of course I won't be able to describe the EXQUISITE taste of the cakes... you HAVE TO experience it yourself! Will definitely go back... many times!

                    Best kept secret Vaniye changed my view on french pastries available in Auckland, forever... Not only their products are exquisite and of the highest quality ingredients, they also look and taste just incredible ! I am continuously surprised by a new dessert, indulgent cakes, an authentic rustic baguette, and even the quiches are out of this world... mmmm beautiful
