They add things like kettle balls, weights, and ropes to the exercises to work deep into your muscles. It uses a combination of cross fit, pilates, and strength & conditioning to get you fit and toned. The sessions go for around 45 minutes and a different every time which I love because doing the same routine can get pretty boring!
