This motel has to be in the best location in Tauranga, across the road from Pilot Bay at the Mount. The beach is a great place for a picnic, safe for swimming or to watch the cruise ships come and go. It was built in 1969 so isn’t modern, but offers comfortable family accommodation with the harbour, Mount Maunganui itself and the surf beach right on your doorstep.
