Perfectly located this ex Shell Petrol station is about to go through a make-over with the entire forecourt and shop about to be newly renovated and re-installed. I love that you can actually get real service, with an attendant that will help you check the oil and water. The staff are really friendly and love to share a joke, a laugh and brighten everyone's day :) and if you need your car fixed or a WOF completed, just ask Vaughan in the Workshop next door and they'll be able to squeeze you into one of the busiest auto mechanic workshops in Ponsonby/Grey Lynn.

if your in a hurry then go to these guys they are GREAT, they will fill you up and have you back on the road in no time, VERY firendly service and lots of help if you need it, Zs new customer service policy maby have only recently come into force but these guys have been out preforming everyone since the begining!

I usually hate getting petrol at night. You have to shriek through the little vent and ask the guy to get up and fetch whatever cat meat you also might need. And you feel guilty about it. But somehow, the guy at Shell Williamson makes you feel okay about it. Like he wants to stretch his legs or something. So you ask him to get cat biscuits too. And he still doesn't mind. Oh, and some milk! : )

It's hard to really feel like you can trust a mechanic when you're not a car person but the guys at the workshop attached to this Shell have always made me feel they're the real deal - their work and prices back it up too!  I've never taken a European car in to a mechanic and walked away feeling like they'd done me a favour but these guys are awesome.

I love Shell because I can use my Flybuys card to get points.  Every fill up of petrol I think about how much closer to that elusive overseas trip I am getting and every loaf of bread or bottle of milk helps too. This Shell is a nice big bright one in an easy to get to location.  The shop has the necessities one might need in a hurry without having to trapse around to the supermarket.

I've tried several mechanics in my time and I've finally found one I keep returning to. These guys do an excellent job and have always exceeded my expectations. I cannot recommend them enough!
