The pork buns from Janken were more like burgers with a Japanese spice which was a refreshing change from the gluggy pork buns I'm used to. Definitely worth a try.

Now there's one thing I LOVE, that's a big kiwi brekky. Sidewalk is one place that does it right, and I would say the best place in Mt Albert. I will definitely be returning.

I'm not usually a martini man but sometimes SPQR does funny things to people. The espresso martini is definitely a must have. Thanks Nay Nay!

When you think of chocolate, Diabetic friendly doesn't usually come to mind. Chocolate Boutique however, stock the most amazing stevia sweetened chocolates friendly for Diabetics. Worth a try (diabetic or not)

  Villa has the most intensely flavoursome Eggs Benedict I think I have ever tried. Teamed up with a beautiful flat white, this was a meal I’m going to remember.

I'm a sucker for a classic Kiwi big brekky. There was something particularly satisfying with this one however. The egg was poached to perfection, the toast not too hard or undertoasted, and bacon salty enough to make me want another coffee (sneakyyyyy). Thanks Verve!

Exactly what I felt like (a bit hungover). The bacon is crispy, eggs creamy, and sausages delicious. Whats more, the presentation is unbelievable. Check it out!
