Ajay Palathottungal Johny

Kia Ora, I am Ajay, a Nelson-based Sales and Marketing Consultant. I enjoy assisting clients through every phase of their property journey, from marketing and pricing to managing viewings, handling buyer feedback, negotiating, and closing the sale. For buyers, I focus on identifying homes that perfectly match your lifestyle. Recognizing that real estate transactions are significant, I ensure every step is explained clearly at your preferred pace. I prioritize being trustworthy, responsive, and approachable, ensuring you feel confident and supported. I always strive to establish a genuine connection before we enter any contract. Originally from Kerala, India, I relocated to Nelson just prior to the pandemic. Navigating those difficulties made me more resilient, a trait I now apply to my real estate practice to help clients make informed decisions with clarity. Please reach out to chat; I look forward to making your property experience both smooth and enjoyable.
