Amanda Reale

Amanda is a Senior Intermediary at Clyth MacLeod, bringing 15 years of experience in business brokerage to her role since returning to New Zealand from Canada, where she was a long-time business owner. Although she trained as an educator at the University of Auckland, Amanda transitioned into commerce, focusing on small-to-mid-size manufacturing startups; she successfully sold two of these, both of which are still thriving under new management 22 years later. Her time at the Sauder School of Business (UBC) motivated her to look for an existing profitable business to purchase. Instead, she joined Vancouver’s Pacific M&A and Business Brokers Ltd as a Senior Intermediary, facilitating buy and sell-side deals across diverse sectors. Her expertise now centers on SMEs in Manufacturing & Distribution, Print & Sign Services, Tech & Online, and Boutique Food & Beverage. Amanda guides clients through every phase, from appraisal to closing, using her specialized skills to navigate potential deal-breaking obstacles. During her time in Canada, she was a Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) and an active member of the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA), serving as Board Director from 2012–2019 and as a chapter Past President to uphold professional brokerage standards. Now holding a current REAA Licence and a New Zealand Certificate in Real Estate, Amanda is prepared to help sellers achieve a smooth exit and buyers pursue growth or new ownership opportunities.
