Starting with Bayleys Capital Commercial Wellington, she consistently ranked in the Top 20 for settled deals per month, establishing a strong reputation in the competitive commercial property sector. With a Bachelor of Design in Visual Communications and Design and a background in advertising, marketing and property, Bhakti brings a diverse skill set and strategic approach to her work. Now in a leadership role at Bayleys Lower Hutt, Bhakti is focused on growing the residential team, fostering collaboration across residential, commercial and rural sectors, and creating a high-performing, supportive culture. Her achievements include being recognised as BCREW’s number one female commercial broker nationally, featuring consistently in Bayleys’ Top 20 and achieving more than $100 million in settled sales.
