Big Red leads the Ray White Town & Lifestyle group and Red Chilli Property Management, the largest locally-owned real estate firm in Selwyn, featuring offices in Rolleston, West Melton, Lincoln, and Prebbleton. His team includes over 50 local staff. A former NZ Army soldier who served in Afghanistan and East Timor, he transitioned to real estate in 2007. By prioritizing hard work, networking, and relationship-building, he established himself as a respected industry leader. He excels in residential, rural, lifestyle, and new development sectors, consistently delivering premium results for his clients. A major career milestone occurred in 2020 when he received the Ray White National Awards CEO cup, an honor he credits to his dedicated team and client loyalty. Committed to the community, Big Red supports local fundraisers and events, often volunteering at school fetes or rugby BBQs. Outside of work, he focuses on his children, Nathan and Angela, helping them develop into respectful adults. He also enjoys golf, fishing, gardening, smoking meats, and working on projects at his Haast workshop.
