Charles Bateman

Originally a qualified typographer, Charles held an executive role at Konica Minolta managing the South Island network before expanding his own retail and commercial flooring firm. His expertise in building high-performing sales organizations was demonstrated by growing that flooring business from $4.2M in 2012 to $10.5M by 2017. After selling his stake for a significant profit, he established Business Values and joined Barker Business Brokerage. Outside of work, Charles enjoys cycling and boating; he often spends Sundays at the yacht club coaching the Optimist fleet alongside his wife, Justine, and their children, Jack and Georgia.
