Since beginning her career as a salesperson in 2002, Cynthia has engaged with NZ Real Estate across local and national levels, driven by her love for people, property, and professional standards. She is thrilled to return to her passion: assisting clients in reaching their real estate objectives. A career milestone occurred in September 2012 when, as a local Branch Manager, she led the sale of a property for Hospice West Auckland. She managed the entire auction campaign—including a $14k+ donated marketing budget—at no cost to the charity. Following a highly competitive auction that opened at $500,000, the property sold for $1,400,000, achieving more than 100% above the reserve.
