As a second-generation business owner boasting two decades of industry experience—including 15 years in leadership—David is dedicated to guiding his high-performing team through their clients' most significant property transactions. Following secondary school, he earned a Diploma in Land Surveying while working at Auckland's premier private Land Consultancy, gaining deep expertise in land development through major national construction and subdivision projects. David eventually joined his brother, Arthur, at the family real estate firm run by their mother, Monica, where he quickly earned numerous sales awards. Driven by a desire to see others excel, he transitioned into management, becoming one of the youngest individuals to earn AREINZ status in the mid-2000s and successfully expanding the business with a new branch. Over his 15 years as managing director, David has navigated diverse market cycles, including the 2008 Global Financial Crisis. His calm temperament, empathy, commitment to continuous improvement, and focus on team success ensure his agents have the tools to perform consistently. Outside the office, David enjoys connecting with locals, traveling with his wife and two children, and supporting the Blues and the NZ Warriors.
