I have long been fascinated by the elements that help a property shine. Before beginning my real estate career, I took a keen interest in the Nelson Tasman market, observing why specific listings captured attention while others went unnoticed. Following the birth of my son, this passion intensified. During his naps, I would browse Trade Me instead of watching TV; property listings became my preferred way to relax. I developed a deep curiosity about why certain homes sell rapidly versus those that stagnate, often attributing the variance to presentation and marketing—skills honed in my prior profession. Motherhood provided the clarity to pursue this interest professionally, and I find great fulfillment in guiding clients through what is frequently one of life's most impactful and stressful milestones.
