Finn Nalder

Born and raised in Nelson, Finn Nalder leverages his local expertise as a member of Team Delany at Summit. Real estate has been central to Finn’s life, given his family’s integral role in the company’s growth since its 1992 establishment, including his connection to the founder and Director. Following his secondary education, Finn developed his professional skills in hospitality, advancing to management. He transitioned to Summit’s Property Management division in 2023, spending two years collaborating with international and local property owners. In 2024, at age 21, Finn demonstrated his ambition and market insight by constructing his first home in Richmond and becoming a landlord. Currently, he serves as a full-time assistant for Summit’s top-ranked group, Team Delany, while pursuing his real estate license. In his leisure time, Finn prioritizes fitness and contributes to the local community as a member of the Stoke Rugby Football Club.
