Gregory Purcell

My real estate career began in 1992, and following four and a half successful years in Taranaki, my family and I relocated to the sunny Bay of Plenty in 1997. Despite a cooling market upon my arrival, I quickly thrived, becoming a top salesperson at a major local agency within two years. I achieved my A.R.E.I.N.Z. qualification through Massey University during 2001 and 2002, which also marked my peak sales years. I subsequently transitioned into management, guiding my offices to national acclaim. In 2006, I became a Director and Business Owner with the local Ray White Group, a company with exceptional culture and staff. With a diverse background spanning merchant banking, music composition, horticulture, retail, and extensive travel, I have found a profession that has fueled my passion for 24 years, with many more to come. I believe that real estate centers on people, and by prioritizing them, everything else naturally succeeds.
