With three decades of property industry experience, Howard holds an Accounting and Marketing degree from the University of Auckland. Following two years in financial accounting, he transitioned into Real Estate. Over his initial 20 years, he collaborated with Auckland developers on project design and sell-downs across Rotorua, Auckland, and Queenstown, while also managing exhibitions in Singapore and French Polynesia. This international interest allowed Howard to cultivate business networks spanning Asia, French Polynesia, and New Zealand. Currently, he works within a small, multi-lingual team, handling residential homes, townhouses, units, apartments, and mortgagee sales. His deep expertise allows him to navigate any scenario, backed by over $400 million in settled sales and a long-standing owner database.
