Janene Burden

As a lifelong West Coast local, I am honored to serve on the Property Brokers Hokitika team, dedicated to supporting clients throughout their real estate process. My background includes a 14-year corporate tenure in finance and administration, paired with 24 years of successfully managing and owning a large business, providing me with significant negotiation and management experience. Having served in local volunteer positions like St John, I am a recognized and reliable member of the Hokitika community. Real estate was a long-term career goal for me, and I now leverage my strategic marketing knowledge and diverse skills to achieve outstanding outcomes for those I represent. I look forward to assisting with your next property chapter.
