Neale Bettman

You might wonder how Neale Bettman, an Aussie, became part of Christchurch. Perhaps it is his poise, professional aura, and enthusiasm—or even that Australian accent—that draws you in. This Sydney native moved here six years ago, having first visited Christchurch two decades prior. After numerous trips, he and his family relocated permanently in 2019. While his heart remains in Christchurch, Neale utilizes business acumen developed in Sydney, applying extensive international expertise to the Canterbury property market. His background includes four years of residential sales in Sydney’s competitive North Shore and Eastern suburbs, along with thirteen years as a co-founder of a major Sydney recruitment agency. Neale attributes his success to meticulous attention to detail, keeping his word, and a foundation of integrity and accountability. These values, combined with his leadership, drive, and down-to-earth yet confident demeanor, define him. A consummate professional who thrives on energy, Neale is also a single-figure golfer and fitness lover. Off the clock, he is a dedicated dad, serving as chief cheerleader at netball games and supporting his children in cricket and rugby. Being fully present, Neale commits himself entirely to every endeavor.
