Outside of work, I stay active with netball, basketball, or Pilates—squeezing these in between my career and raising three children. Sports have instilled in me the value of showing up and supporting my team. Whether coaching or leading in business, I focus on purposeful leadership, empowering others, and maintaining a client-centered environment, all while keeping things grounded with a bit of humor and coffee.
