Rachel, recognized for her immense capability and efficiency, played a pivotal role in establishing the family firm at Ray White Kingsland in 2006. Though she arrived from a flourishing career in Wellington with plans to return to her top-tier government role, family ties prevailed, and she remains an essential asset today. Her broad expertise spans hospitality management, HR, payroll, IT auditing, and corporate finance. This logical, detail-oriented approach strengthens our management team significantly. After initially organizing our internal systems and administration, Rachel launched our property management division in 2007, scaling it to over 300 listings before earning her Agents License to become Company Director. Today, she manages the complexities of our operations while remaining hands-on—hosting open homes, arranging photo shoots, and supporting auctions to ensure total client satisfaction. Rachel is known for her fast-paced, dedicated service, consistently exceeding expectations to provide an exceptional experience for every client.
