Ronald Melville

Born in Canada, Ron was raised on a Whakatane sheep and cattle farm. This agricultural heritage led him to purchase his own Kaitaia livestock farm in 1981. In 1993, he moved to a smaller property in Kaikohe, where he resides with his wife and appreciates the Far North lifestyle. Driven by a passion for building trust and achieving results for others, Ron earned his real estate license in 2000, followed by a 2001 Diploma in Business Studies in Property Management and AREINZ qualification in 2008. With over 23 years of industry experience, his extensive background in forestry, agriculture, and property makes him a valuable resource for clients. His patience, integrity, and perseverance make him an excellent addition to the Ray White Kaikohe team. For an agent defined by honesty and expertise, contact Ron today.
