I am Ruben Fry, the Sales Manager at Summit Real Estate Motueka. Having grown up in the Motueka area, I maintain a deep bond with our community and its residents. My two decades in the construction industry prior to real estate provided me with a functional expertise in property and building that serves my clients well. My professional focus centers on leadership, people, and results. I value transparent communication and fostering authentic relationships to assist clients in making informed property choices. In my role as Sales Manager at Summit Real Estate Motueka, I am dedicated to guiding a successful team while actively supporting clients during their buying and selling journeys. I strive to achieve optimal outcomes for everyone I assist by utilizing my local insight, negotiation abilities, and a practical work ethic. Outside of the office, I typically enjoy the Tasman region's offerings, spending time with friends and family, or engaging in outdoor activities. I am grateful to live and work in a community I love, and I am eager to help others settle here as well.
