Sapphire offers extensive expertise and a comprehensive grasp of Summit's operational structure and strategic goals. Having been with us since 2003, she served as both Marketing Manager and Operations Manager, gaining unique insight into our company's functions. In 2014, Sapphire took on the challenge of leading recruitment to identify sales talent for our Nelson management team. Two years later, she advanced to Branch Manager, showcasing her dedication to professional growth. After a period of maternity leave focused on raising her son, Rico, Sapphire resumed her role as Branch Manager, partnering with Sales Manager Ben Nalder.
