Real estate is both my profession and my primary interest. My 28-year career in the building sector included 15 years managing my own businesses, where I helped renovate and construct numerous homes. I learned that while technical skill is vital, client relationships form the cornerstone of every project. Establishing trust, active listening, transparent communication, and acting with integrity ensured my clients felt secure. These values fostered enduring connections and a steady stream of referrals. Transitioning into real estate, I am eager to apply this experience to assist buyers and sellers with their property goals. Originally from the UK, I traveled extensively before moving to Australia, where I met my fiancée. We settled in Motueka in 2018, where the community warmly welcomed us. I have since served many clients across Motueka and the Tasman region with various renovations and repairs, primarily through referrals. With a young family and a desire for a change of pace, I am now focused on using my property expertise to help others navigate their own real estate journeys.
