With over three decades of experience as a property investor and manager, Stew Henry began his career as a branch manager at age 20. His expertise spans across Christchurch, Dunedin, Napier, and a ten-year tenure in the United Kingdom, where he directed the Central Lettings Group in London for a major brand, overseeing premium properties and clientele. Since returning to New Zealand in the 1990s, Stew joined Summit Property Management. Under his leadership, the firm grew from managing 120 units to over 2,000 across Nelson and Marlborough, establishing it as the region's premier management company. As a long-standing committee member for the Nelson Property Investors' Association, Stew remains dedicated to supporting landlords with expert guidance.
