Timothy O'Sullivan

A Wellington native, Tim spent much of his career in Auckland managing a painting and decorating firm that restored historic villas and bungalows. He is married to Jacqueline, who is Swiss. Before moving to the scenic Lakes District of Rotorua, the couple lived and worked in Zurich, Switzerland, for three years. During a short visit to see friends, they unexpectedly fell in love with Rotorua’s forests and lakes, purchasing a property there before permanently relocating 18 months later. Seeking a career change after years of working with people in his previous trade, Tim transitioned into real estate. He quickly excelled, earning Rookie of the Year in his debut and maintaining top-ranking status consistently. In 2011, Tim became a co-owner of Ray White Rotorua. Dedicated to providing 10 out of 10 service, he is among the city’s leading agents. His personal experience with lifestyle living and his passion for the local lakes drive his specialization in those property sectors.
