Had a really lovely express facial this evening. They staff are super friendly and went above and beyond in the treatment (was an express facial but also gave me a shoulder and hand massage and took the products down the decolletage). Lovely environment too and handy location (in st lukes mall). Would definitely recommend :)

Relaxing and special and Kate has magic hands!

Friendly and knowledgeable staff, relaxing atmosphere and one of the most mind-blowingly relaxing and therapeutic massages I've ever had. I was given a gift voucher for About Face for my birthday and although my overall impressions from walking past this shop were always that they specialised in facials and skin treatments, I was happy to find that they also do a range of massages. From the moment I phoned to book in my appointment, I was pleasantly surprised with the warmth and kindness the woman who took my booking exuded even over the phone. The lady who did my massage (I wish I remembered her name, but I will be finding out so I can request her again!) was incredible. She read the form I'd filled out so was happy to chat with me about my skin sensitivities and put me at ease that nothing would be irritated by the products used. We discussed areas that might need a bit of attention and she quickly ran through with me the process for the massage. Fast forward an hour and I was r-e-l-a-x-e-d as relaxed can be. The massage therapist found the tensions in my back and even gave me some tips on how to avoid, or at least counteract, some of the tension I build up in my everyday life. Needless to say, as this rave says it all, I was incredibly impressed with not only the massage, but just the overall level of service and sense of pride in their work the ladies here seem to have. I am already regretting not booking another appointment before I left and will definitely be doing so in the next few days!

The staff know so much about the face!!! They were so helpful in getting me exactly what I needed. I even got a great free pack. i will continue to use then for ALL my face needs and it is great to have the opinion of someone that knows what they're talking about. So much better than buying off the shelf. And the prices are not bad considering the quality of service and products you get in return, with the reassurance when leaving the house that your face looks great!

Hands down the best back massage I have ever had. Highly recommend going there or buying vouchers as gifts.

I die for the power of three treatments they do here .. with omnilux, microdermabrasion & a sonic vitamin c treatment.  Twice a year I save up for these treatments and wait till they have their famous specials where its reduced to $199 ( worth way way way more). This treatment makes me feel 20 years younger.. and almost look it.  It wakes up my face & skin and makes it come alive. I get other treatments here and buy products for great discounts on their loyalty program but its the facials I love the most. The store is small but the rooms are private and welcoming.  They don't give too many extras like massages with most treatments but the treatments themselves are so worth it. Parking is great in the mall, you can park almost directly by the entrance near the shop to sneak in & out in your trackies!! Roll on summer I need another Power of 3 hit real bad!!!
