If you are ever able to get into the Koru Club I can thoroughly recommend it. Even if you tag along with someone else, it is soooo nice in there. Food and drink all laid out for you, and it's so comfortable and relaxed. Plenty of staff around to assist with any requests you have. Well worth it if you can get it!

My husband and I travel a lot, and decided to join the Koru club nearly a year ago. It was worth every cent. Not only do you get premium service, but also extra baggage allowance. The Auckland Koru Club is great, there are always plenty of nibbles and light meal options, they have everything labelled well, which is great as my husband is a vegetarian. They even have a barista churning out delicious coffees to order, plus a full bar to help yourself to. The staff are exceptionally friendly, and are always accommodating to requests.

Koru club is the perfect way to relax very relaxing and enjoyable!!

Premium check in, no queues at customs and a great lounge to spend the 2 hr wait in. Plugs to charge your iPhones iPads, great strong coffee, great food, drinks and a kids rooms PERFECT!!

Only got in there once. Loved it...

Ah, the Frequent Flyer club. It's the fastest way to express to a long queue of disgruntled in-transiters that Loyalty really does equal Royalty in life. Air New Zealand's rewards are second-to-none for their monogamous Star Alliance affiances - I know that no matter where I 'lounge' in the world, whether it be Los Angeles, Sydney, Auckland, London or Hong Kong, that I will be treated to true kiwi hospitality. From the polished interiors with accents true of our homeland, to the free barista coffee, to luxury amenities and gorgeous homeland wines on hand at all times - every lounge not only provides consistency but a touch of home. As soon as you sink into one of the sofas with your first glass of Pinot and plate of Kapiti cheeses, you'll forget about those awful plastic chairs you had to suffer in a previous life... it's enough to make anybody loathe to board the plane you came here for!

Wow! Excellent way to start a holiday, relaxing in the Air NZ lounge, feeling great. Their food is incredible and they have a large selection too. Plenty of alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages too! I can't wait to come back :)

Always makes the start of a trip relaxing.

Let’s face it. Most airlines are crap and their lounges not much better. I had the joy of spending 6 hours in a dark and dingy American Airlines lounge a few weeks ago with nothing but Bud and crackers. Not pretty. The Air New Zealand Lounge at Auckland International Airport isn’t like those other lounges. It’s smart, light, and tidy. The beer, wine and food selection is awesome and the staff excellent. Tip ‘O the hat to @flyairnz for another great experience.
