The Four Marketeers have pioneered a revolution in Alexandra with the local Saturday Summer Markets!

This group of four women have transformed the markets since 2007, and put the success down to their market philosophy - friendly, informal, European type market open to any stall owner, whether they sell plants, produce and craft or food, imported items and second hand goods.

Every Summer Saturday their is something to buy from 10 a.m. The final market is on Easter Saturday.

Located in the heart of Central Otago, these markets have been around every Summer since I was a child. It is run by “The Four Marketeers” and is a non-profit organization. Situated on the main road, Pioneer Park is transformed into a European styled market, where stall holders can sell produce, plants, crafts, food and second hand goods.
