Our qualitative research includes individual depth interviews and focus groups, with some ethnography and observational research. This is mostly in-person research but with some online research also. We pioneered the use of web-based surveys in New Zealand in the late 1990s and this now accounts for most of our quantitative research, along with some CATI (computer aided telephone interviewing).
