Great Service and friendly staff

    Our two littlies love visiting this store.  They have a really good range of pets and pet products.  It's always hard to leave without acquiring a new family member of the furry kind.  The staff are friendly too.

      Animates Silverdale is a great pet store and possibly one of the best in the area it provides a great range of product for your pet and a great range of pets if you're looking for a new pet. Animates is very well laid out and is very easy to find what you want. There is a vet center on the side of the main shop which is a great addition and is a great place to take your pet for a check up providing you're registered with them.

        We have always enjoyed coming to this store. The staff are really friendly and helpful and there is so much to see. Bought our mice here and as we hadn't kept mice before, really appreciated all the helpful advice.

          Great range of supplies. Helpful staff. Always fun to go and visit the puppies and kittens with the kids

            The staff seem very friendly, knowledgeable, and caring towards animals. But, like the rest of the Animates stores I have been to, the fish area is uninspired and could use a lot of work.

              Animates at Silverdale is a great store. The staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The store is huge and has everything and more that you could want for your pet. They stock a good range of all different products for lots of different types of pets. They always have at least one baby animal on display everytime I go in which is great entertainment for any kids that come into the store. There is also a vet right next door which is very handy
