ANZ Bank 213a Albany Mall Branch

Not my bank, but used to come here for work-related bank issues- getting change from notes. Pretty easy to get to, there is a main door entrance that you can use so that you don’t have to walk so much along the middle floor strip. Have had to wait in line for their many customers. Good service always. Straightforward and no issues. Pretty good bank.

I have only recently joined National Bank but I'm definitely not regretting it!. The Albany branch is a nice clean branch and welcomes their customers in. The staff are always keen to help and do so in a nice fast positive manner.  The opening hours are the same as the mall it is located in making it very easy to visit when at the mall for other reasons.

National Bank has always been my bank and will continue to be for the foreseeable future. The Westfield Albany branch is always well presented and kept clean. Staff are always on hand to cater to any of your banking needs and will welcome you with a smile. Service is fast and prompt in comparison to all other banks and the couch is a lovely resting place if you need to sit down. ATMs are placed perfectly at the external wall of the shopping centre and the internal entrance. Opening hours are much better than other banks and you will never leave feeling unsatisfied. 

Service is normally pretty prompt, and staff generally friendly and helpful

Cool decor and I like the way they really check you out when you have a cheque to Cash.
