Check these guys out on a Friday evening or Saturday at the Farmers Market

    A bit of a drive, but really worth it. This is a cute little vineyard, where in amongst the vines, is a great cafe where you can sample all the wines, over a cheese platter in the sun and grab a couple of bottles to take home. The staff are friendly and very helpful and the food is delicious.

      A great dining experience that makes you forget you are in the city and not wine country. Also in the same precinct are the Oratia Markets and Just Plane Interesting Antiques and Curios. The potential of this area is immense.

        So nice and so close to the city. They hold the Oratia Farmers Market here on Saturdays with lots of great local and organic bits and pieces. And the wine is great too!

          We booked the room at Artisan because we needed space that was private and not open to the public and the space was perfect. the staff were attentive yet appreciative of our needs. The service and the room were perfect for us." from Oaklynn School
