Bhakti Lounge runs talks and workshops frequently; these range in theme, from yoga and spirituality, to psychology. Generally, the evening begins with yoga, then the workshop is run during a delicious vegetarian meal. These classes are very inexpensive, and usually just require a koha donation. The staff are all volunteers, and lovely!
Bhakti Lounge offers some of the best Yoga in the Wellington region. Run entirely by volunteers, Bhakti lounge is a non-profit charitable organisation. Tucked upstairs on Vivian street, Bhakti is warm and welcoming, always smelling like the amazing vegetarian food on offer, or incense. A great way to escape the hustle and bustle of the city. Also, the Sunday 5pm class is Koha, so you can try the food, and the yoga no strings attached!
