BM Workshop - Grey Lynn

I have a late model 335i and I had a bit of rubber dragging along the front. I normally deal with Botany who have been really excellent but they said Grey Lynn was closer to my work so I should call them so I wouldn't have to travel as far. I called them and they said come in right away. Chris (I think that was his name) hoisted my car, found the problem and fixed it in about 30 minutes and then wouldn't accept anything for helping. Way above and beyond, thanks so much! He was also pleasant and knowledgeable.

I have myself a little 318i, not the most expensive of cars but a nice looking bmw none the less. i took it to these guys about a week ago as i had some major problems with my car, at first i was a little hesatant as as everyone knows bmw cars can cost a fortune. i was really surprised, although the pieces were quite expensive the mechanics were soo switched on the labour time was next to nothing. i was surprised on how cheap it ended up being, great service as you would expect from a high class dealer and extremly quick.

The guys here are just great honest and reliable operators. This is the best place to go for regular servicing of your precious BMW. The team here look after your vehicle ensuring you are well informed on what needs to be done and how much is going to cost before any work is done. They are also great in letting you know what future work may be required and you can make that now or later decision arned with good information I have been coming here for 4 years and always leave feeling like I have been treated fairly even when it is costing me money. Probably no coincidence that my BMW has been running smoothly for the last 4 years.

I’ve been in several times now for various issues with the car and every time I feel like I’ve been looked after very well. They kept me informed of and progress or issues that arose so I could make an informed decision. I would highly recommend them to all BMW owners.
