BodyTech Supervised Fitness Gym - Mt Eden

I love this gym, it's a no brainer when you come in here because you don't have to think about your workout with the supervised training.  The facilities are great and I love the pool and steam rooms!

I joined this gym as recommendation from a mate. Best thing I ever did. Always a trainer there to make sure your doing the right thing and it’s just a nice place to be.

If you are like me an struggle to get motivated to go to the gym or even if you make the effort and once you get there are confused by all the equipment and options open to you, this is the gym for you. Every time you go to BodyTech they will supervise you and help you through the circuit, and then afterward if you still the energy, they will show you additional  workouts.  They also have pool, spa, sauna and steam room to help ease your aches and pains away! They locker rooms are very spacious and always clean.  No worries here if you want to get showered, dressed, hair and make up sorted before heading into the office.

I had the privilege of 4 months membership earlier this year through work and had great results in my health and overall fitness. The unique thing about Bodytech is that the circuit is supervised. This is great for people who can’t afford a personal trainer, but want to ensure they get the best out of their circuit training. Because Bodytech condones the practice of resting between gym sessions and not overdoing the cardio - people see great results like I did and keep coming back. There is a pool at this gym too, along with a spa and sauna and I found the staff to be encouraging and the atmosphere is not too intimidating. There have been some issues with the air con which are hopefully sorted out now.
