I was a coffee addict but gave it up last year. I have always hated the taste/smell of tea. After months of just hot water I wandered in to see what was available. The idea of a fruit tea sounded appealing but as a novice I was overwhelmed with all the selection. The staff were friendly but I just think they could be more helpful to a newbie. Perhaps an overview of all the tea ranges, health benefits of the different combinations etc. A complimentary taste would have been nice too – just a small sample would be enough. I am buying tea here, but only sticking to the one type as I am too afraid to experiment .
and yes I have been to Italy ;) It has a great selection of tea, coffee and European foods. It feels a little like Jones Grocer in New Market only a warmer Howick version if you know what I mean. The staff are friendly and the coffee is carefully made to perfection. There is also sunny outside seating at the front. Definetly a good cafe to visit.
