With Simon and Nick you get everything; Proffessionalism, great communication, expertise, knowledge, excellent workmanship, effeciency and lots of  GOOD free advice on how to save costs to work within a budget. We are currently doing a renovation on a three storey building creating new layouts for the installation of fifteen new showers and twenty one new hand basins. This is not a project for the feint hearted but these guys took it on with such ease. Simon and Nick were given a sketch plan of what we wanted and they created wonderful new shower spaces on each level to cater the fifteen showers and 21 hand basins. We are overly happy with what they have created from scratch, would definitely use them in future and recommend to anyone including our family and friends. This is the first time we have used them and it definitely won't be the last. We are glad to have them on board to do our project/s. Awesome guys and thank you so much.

Simon and Nick are legends, we built our new kitchen dinning room and these guys got it done so fast and always with a smile! They were flexible to meet our needs and really cost effective. Gave lots of good advice for some of our other DIY projects too! Which was great. Definately recommend to anyone for any kind of building or renovation work!

Simon and Nick have done a couple of jobs for me over the last few years.  Each job has been completed on time and on budget and I have always found them to be professional and honest.  The quality of their work is excellent and  I would have no hesitation in recommending their services to others. 

Was recommeded to Nick & Simon by a friend of mine, and was not disappointed . We had our old rotten deck demolised and rebuilt to a 5-star standard, in only a few days! Nick & Simon built as per our plans - they made a few recommendations along the way (discussing with us first), and am glad we took up their advice. Our new deck looks great, built to council specs and 100% satisfied. Simon and Nick have helped us with maintenance and renovation work on our Mt Eden villa over the last four years. Every time, their advice and work has been excellent.

We have used Simon & Nick (S.D.N.G. Builders) when we bought our house last year (2011). They have not only been very pleasant to deal with but have also completed the work professionally and skillfully within the agreed timeline and within their original quote (plus whatever we've decided to add as they went along). Quality was not compromised and we feel that all work was done to high standards. They have also been very accommodating with our decisions to add extras to the project. The work included putting up new GIB on the walls and ceilings, placing insulation, adding new doors and wardrobes, installing & replacing locks and doorknobs, etc. We would highly recommend this business to all who plan on renovating their property and we hope to use Simon & Nick in future when we get around to renovating the rest of our house.
