Eden Builders have recently completed a 50sqm extension to our house. We came across them through excellent reviews on the Localist, and we too have not been disappointed! Our project had fairly high specifications and required a great deal of attention to detail, however the quality of their work meant that the finished extension exceeded our expectations, and was also completed in the time frame and budgets indicated. They were tidy and punctual, provided various suggestions (many of which we used), worked well with the architect, had great contacts for subcontractors (but at the same time were happy to work with any I already knew), and overall were a great team we enjoyed working with. These guys take a lot of pride in what they do, and helped at every step to make sure I was a satisfied customer. I would happily recommend them and look forward to using them again myself!

Simon and Nick have just finished doing a renovation to my 1910's bungalow, removing a wall and chimney to create a large open living space. They were brilliant at communicating throughout the process, and made the whole experience wierdly quite enjoyable :) Their advice and worksmanship was top notch, and as a result i'm totally stoked with the outcome.  (And that's coming from a bit of a perfectionist) They were also able to suggest great subbies for the other bits (electrical, plastering, floors etc), who were all equally well priced, top notch and trustworthy, which made the whole process so much easier. If you're after great quality, well priced builders who you can trust, you can't go past Simon and Nick!  Thanks boys!  I'll call you for the ensuite ;)

Simon & Nick have just completed our house extension. A 50m extension with a lot of internal changes to the existing house. They were fantastic to work with with a great work ethic and craftsmanship. Work was completed on time and within the price range they indicated. If you are looking for a reliable local builder these are your guys.  They also have a great sub trade team who were all equally as reliable as Simon & Nick. Would not hesitate to use these guys again for future building projects. cheers guys

I would just like to say a very big thank you to Simon and Nick from Eden builders. They have done an incredible job with our new deck and have gone the extra mile on every detail. The end result has far surpassed our expectations and during the journey, they have always been on standby to answer my multitude of questions. It's great to see kiwi guys doing what they love in an ever-changing market. Intend to recommend to everyone I know and didn't want the wider community to miss out on working with such awesome guys. Thanks again guys.  Cant wait till summer till enjoy our new deck.
