Edge Mortages has been very patient with us over the last couple of years where they have updated our loan limit everytime we had an increase in income. We've looked at a house to buy for over two years and have finally found the right one in February. We had to jump on it and make it happen. We had five days to go unconditional on the house. Edge Mortgages gave us step-by-step guidance on what had to happen in order to get our finance approved, since we had to borrow more than what we were approved for in the first place. We didn't know if that would have been a possibility, but due to mortgage interest rates and the structure of the mortgage we were able to get finance.
