I have been going to exercise solutions for two years now and have had fantastic results.  The whole team is really committed and professional and I like the fact that I can train in private. 

    I have been with exercise solutions for 6 months now and have enjoyed every training session.  I have a chronic lung condition which has improved remarkably over this time.  When visiting my specialist today he could not believe how well I have improved.  I have also lost a considerable amount of weight and I am the healthiest I have been for years.  Thanks a lot guys!!
