Fowlds park is big and lush and usually pretty quiet. There’s a few huge fields and a nicely equipped playground, but the highlight I think is the ‘fitness path’ which is a lovely walkway around the perimeter of the park that has fitness equipment like a situp bench, balance beam, pull up bars, etc set up along the path. It can get a bit moist in the winter but it’s just perfect in the summer and definitely under utilised.
