It’s true what they say, sometimes it’s the smaller businesses and a family one at that willing to put themselves in your shoes and come out providing great service, professionally, with care and a smile. I spoke to Ram just over two weeks ago, took my car in for a simple job of replacing a bulb for a brake light but also knew my brake pads probably need replacing soon so asked for a quote at the time. Ram had a look, called around to get me the best possible deal for pads and it was recommended in my best interest to replace them there and then, safety of course and not to pay more and further costs in the future. The only problem was, funds at time was going to be an issue, I’m grateful that Ram was very helpful and allowed me to make a suitable payment arrangement affordable to me, paying some then with a balance to come. I went to G & T because of the reviews that I saw on Neighbourly, I recommended my father go there for service as well and he too is happy, we pretty much have 3 cars in our household and will all be using G & T Auto. If you’re looking for a friendly smile, helpful people that will go above and beyond and generally care about helping you out – then I’d recommend popping into to see Ram and his team! Picked up my car this morning a little late Sorry Ram. Did have your message on the landline Could have done it yesterday but asked if this was ok. Do not like rush hour in church street. Had a courtesy car as I had a split in the front from where someone had opened their BMW door into me. Ram did it the time he said he would. Gave me a quote. Good price. Stuck to it It was also a lot cleaner inside and out. He is very helpful. Clem's description of Ram being a good owner/operator very customer focused involved listens is true. Clem's use of words is much better than mine. Was going to put a post about it. Beaten to it. A very good job was done. Would use Ram again but the funny thing was I was only spurred into action by the previous posts otherwise would said when I get around to it. Maybe a negative post has had some very positive effects for Ram Thank you for the job done and hope next time you have not become so overworked I have to wait ages to get a place in the line
Love posted on behalf of G & T Auto 2015 customer Cheryl: After not giving my car the care & attention it deserves for quite a while it is not surprising that something fairly major would happen to it! I initially chose G & T Auto because they are located close to both home & the railway station (I work in the city). I was able to book my car in for the day following my enquiry & Ram was there early to receive the car so I could catch the 7.40am train. The problem(s) were diagnosed & discussed with me (along with an estimated cost) before any work was undertaken. It ended up there was a bit more going on than was at first obvious so I was going to be without a car for longer than I had planned. Ram provided me with a courtesy car for which I was extremely grateful. Ram & his team provided me with a personalised service & the problems were all fixed. Big problems cost big dollars but I feel for the amount of work put into fixing multiple issues, the overall cost was reasonable. Based on this experience I will definitely use G & T Auto in future & have no hesitation in recommending them.
