Had the BEST service today buying a vacuum for our new studio - the young chap listened to what we wanted, thought it through and came up with an awesome solution. Good cheap vacuum, free hose for doing an odd connection thing, free bags, and discounted picking up thing. The guy 9sorry don't know his name) is an absolute credit to the company - just young but knows his stuff and is super helpful.
